When to use it?
Use it in the morning & in the evening. Also re-apply every 3 hours as and when required.

Where and how to apply?
To apply Neolayr 365 Moisturising Lip Care, place the tip of the tube against your bottom lip and apply a thin, even layer of the balm, then repeat for your top lip. If you like you can transfer the lip balm to your finger first, and then spread it across your lips. Rub your lips together to help spread out the lip gloss evenly. Re-apply every 3 hours as and when required.
